week. Guests include Tom Neeb, Director of Development; Kim Dobbs,

IEEE meeting

We will be having an IEEE meeting Friday, October 6th, at 10:00 am in the
student organizations office. The agenda for the meeting is to find
volunteers to help out and walk with the homecoming float during the
homecoming parade on Saturday. Also, we are going to begin a T-shirt
design contest.

UNT Homecoming Parade

The College of Engineering is entering a homecoming float pulled by the
liquid nitrogen car! We need some more students to help, especially to be
in the parade from 1-3 on Saturday...

Specifically we need:
A person to wear the Scrappy Eagle costume on the float (preferably
someone tall as outfit is size XL)
3-4 people who have portable stereos (boomboxes) and would be willing to
walk in the parade with them for the theme music.
Other walkers to help out and represent our college! Faculty and staff are
welcome to walk as well!!!
More information is included in the flyer. Please let us know by Thursday
afternoon so we can be ready for the judging!
