Webinar Features Pat Wagner and LE@D
The WebJunction February Learning Webinar featured Pat Wagner, well-known educator, trainer, writer and consultant for the library community. Pat discussed what challenges Library Leaders face and how leadership training for all library personnel might help address these issues. She also discussed why she has partnered with LE@D, Lifelong Education @ Desktop, whose classes are available through WebJunction, as the primary online source for her library programs. Pat provided a sneak peek at the content of some of the courses she's writing for LE@D. Her courses to date are Improving Co-worker, Ethical Standards, and that Ethical, Privacy, and Related Issues will be available in March. Listen to the Webinar with Pat Wagner
