Staff Development SolutionsLE@D is pleased to announce the release of our new Staff Development Solutions program.

The program consists of a series of tools to help employees and supervisors work together as a team to develop a course of action to meet the staff development needs of the employee and the library.

Begin with the Staff Self-Assessment Survey to determine the employees' interests and training needs. Use the Staff Development Database to match competencies with library positions and available tutorials. Then use the online Staff Development Planner to plan your course of action and track your progress.

LE@D's Staff Development Solutions also includes a printable catalog of online courses, updated each quarter.

And best of all, there is no additional charge to use our tools. Just Login or create a new LE@D account today, and get started with your own Staff Development Solutions program!
